OmniStudio Finder

Find OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors and FlexCards in your Salesforce org. See every version, open the right one.

Opening an OmniScript takes longer than it should. You go to the right list view, filter it, work out which of the eleven versions is the live one, and click through. This makes it one keystroke and one click, from whatever tab you are already on.

What it does

• Searches the org you are looking at — every OmniScript, Integration Procedure, DataRaptor and FlexCard, filtered as you type on name, type, subtype, language or author. Switching orgs is switching tabs.
• Shows every version at once — one chip per version, with the active one in green, so you stop opening three of them to find the live one.
• Opens the right one — one button for the active version, or click any chip to open exactly that version in its designer.

Both flavours of OmniStudio

Designer URLs are built in for core (Lightning-native) OmniStudio and for the Vlocity managed packages, across namespaces. Nothing to configure.

Which designer an org opens and where it keeps its records are two different things — an org can store data in the standard OmniProcess object while an admin has switched on the Managed Package Designer. Both are detected independently, and the popup tells you which designer it is about to use, so you do not land on "you can't edit this record in the standard designer".

Privacy
